Shipping Policy

Processing Time
All Orbixe orders are processed within 1–3 business days of purchase. Orders placed on weekends or holidays begin processing the next business day. You'll receive a confirmation email once your order ships.

Shipping Rates & Estimated Delivery

United States: 5–8 business days — Free over $50, $4.99 flat rate under $50
Canada: 7–12 business days — $9.99 flat rate
International: 10–20 business days — $14.99 flat rate

Delays
While we work to deliver every order on time, delivery estimates are not guaranteed. Delays can be caused by carrier issues, weather, or high order volume during peak periods.

Incorrect Address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. Orbixe is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrectly entered address. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible and we'll do our best to update it before the order ships.
