Before any design decision, we choose the materials. Food-grade stainless. Full-grain leather. Aircraft aluminium. The specification is set by function, not by cost. Then we find the manufacturers who can work at that level.

Build, break, rebuild

Prototypes are stress-tested in real conditions — not lab conditions. We drop things, expose them to heat and cold, and use them daily for months before we're satisfied. Most products fail this stage at least once.
