Orbixe Return & Refund Policy
Your 14-Day Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to return any order within 14 days of receiving your last item, for any reason — no explanation needed.
To meet the deadline, it's enough for you to submit your return request before the 14-day period expires.
How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, visit the "Returns and cancellations" link in our website footer. You'll be asked for your order number and email address, and to confirm which item(s) you're returning.
Cancellations
Changed your mind before your order has shipped? Orders can be cancelled free of charge at any time before fulfillment. Once an order has been fulfilled and shipped, it can no longer be cancelled — you'll need to follow the return process above instead.
Fees
- Return shipping: The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.
- Restocking fee: A restocking fee of 50% of the item's purchase price applies to all returns, deducted from your refund.
We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as Orbixe is not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit back to us.

Confirmation
Once you submit a return or cancellation request, you'll receive an automatic email confirmation with your request details and next steps.
Refund Timeline
- Approval: Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), we'll notify you by email whether your refund has been approved.
- Issuing refunds: Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 2 to 3 business days of approval.
- Bank processing time: Depending on your bank or card provider, it may take an additional 5–10 business daysfor the refund to appear on your statement.
- Amount refunded: Refunds cover the item price minus the applicable restocking fee and return shipping cost. Original shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.
